Kitten from Hell Recuperates.
KfH has found a fine place to recuperate from her operation – on top of the telephone under my desk light. I just wish someone had called me while she was there.
I don’t think the operation has slowed her down much.

Well, I’ve figured out just about everything I wanted to figure out at Xanga. I’m not completely thrilled with the entry editor (it assumes you’re an idiot, but then again on some days that just might be a good assumption to make about me). I figured out the banner thingy, as well as found a…
So welcome to my world. A world where, yet again, Dr. Liver has patients who need his care more than I. Yesterday I had my desk packed up, my briefcase zipped, and was reaching for my coat when the phone rang. It was Dr. Liver’s office, regretfully informing me that, for reasons known only to…
Well, I made the call to the dentist yesterday, and left a message. Still no response. Part of me knows I ought to call back, but a bigger part of me is cackling to itself, saying “OK, I did my part, now I can kick back and forget about it.” It’s rather like the big…
My office smells like daffodils. That helps, a little bit. We got snow last night, lots of last-day-of-winter snow. It was still falling when I left for work this morning in big, fat splat-flakes that looked artificial. Perhaps it’s the late date of this snowfall, or maybe everybody is just tired and ready to give…
I think the rush of appointments and tests is finally nearly done with. It’s a good thing, too. This entire process has made me far to self-absorbed for my own good. It’s time to resume just plain living again. I did get a call today from the Transplant Coordinator at Big City Hospital confirming I…
When I went to bed at two this morning, it was snowing. When I got up this morning, it was still snowing. The results of ten additional hours of snowfall were obvious. The Socialist spent two hours last night after I retired starting the dig-out process. I’m sure it made a difference, but the wind…

Long time, no talk, huh!! Why di our kitten from hell have to get an operation? Se is an adorable kitten, but I can understand that she is a menace at some times. Wanna know wh they choos places like that? The heat, cats love theheat that radiates off of th teephone and light and anything that builds up heat, ya I’m sure you knew that.
Anyway gotta go. Love,Alaina
what an angel!!! she’s probably dreaming she’s on a nice white sand beach…
glad to hear she’s aok!
That pic is priceless!!
Glad she’s doing well. It’d be a shame if she lost her edge.
You know, you -really- make me wish I weren’t allergic to cats. 🙂
How adorable! So glad she’s feeling okay. Squeak used to love to lay under the lamps too… the heat thing. You really make me wish I could put pictures of my cats in my diary. As soon as I can I’m going to have to get the happy-face membership so I can do that.
P.S.
Why am I not surprised to see a pencil holder with what appears to be frogs on it in your house??? lol You truly are The Salamander.
Poor baby, what a position to be in. She is a pretty shade of gray. I am glad she is okay, and hope she doesn’t lose her edge either—she has a ton of personality. Just had a thought, you should write a children’s book about her "adventures."
Your cats are so photogenic! That picture looks like it could be in a calendar!
Keep em coming!!!! 🙂
(((hugs)))
What a beautiful cat. Looks a lot like one I used to have. 😉
