It isn’t because she doesn’t have enough toys ….
Yup, some more pictures from the cat chronicles.
Early on I figured that KfH was just one of those kittens who gets bored easily. So I got her toys. Lots of toys. These are just the toys that I pulled out from underneath the hutch tonight. She had lots more that she hadn’t batted under there yet. I have no fear that they’ll all end up under there eventually, though. At least the ones that will fit. As for KfH … she had more fun batting at the yardstick I was using to knock stuff out from under the hutch than she did playing with the toys I rescued.
KfH is rapidly turning into the Adolescent from Hell. She’s all long legs and tail now, and as lithe as a snake. She’s gorgeous, and she knows it. She may not win Miss Congeniality, but she’s still convinced she’s going home with the tiara.
Meanwhile, the Clueless Wonder and the Warrior Princess continue their stand-offs. On Sunday, WP had the sun spot. Clueless wanted some sun spot. The sun spot was plenty big enough to share, except that WP didn’t believe it was big enough to share. CW just sat on the nightstand next to the dresser, gazing up at the forbidden zone he knew he had no chance of gaining.
Clueless does get some fun nonetheless, though. He adores shoes. The smellier the better. Mine won’t do, but The Professor’s shoes are better than fresh catnip. He’s been known to stick his head in a shoe for minutes at a stretch. This is one of those stretches:
And finally, a fine portrait of the Good Cat. He’s underpraised, underappreciated, put upon by the felid females of the house, and still has a perpetual good sense of humor. I love this cat.

My mom’s cat Chandra loves to stick her head in shoes too. LOL. And if you have bad breath or just ate something stinky.. she will try to sniff your breath. What a freak! LMAO.
Got enough mousies there? *grin* My cats aren’t too interested in those.. still taken with milk rings and hair bands too much.
