Today’s Magnetic Poetry

I had to cheat with “thorn” this time … it wasn’t in the set, and I couldn’t figure a way out around it.

deceived by the beauty of my words

I am cut by the garden bloom

why do I only see the thorns

after I have celebrated the rose

  2. OK—took your advice about IE. I already have it on my computer, my daughter uses it excusively.

I wanted to tell you the pictures the other day were great!

Now I have to find all my diarys with IE.

Thank for the tip of IE.

  3. I so love that poem…your best yet.

I’ll be updating my journal with some "Henry Stories". The potted plant was one of many of her antics, and I’m sure you could empathize with my plight.

  4. I think I remember you mentioning you saw mostly larger animals in your practice? (hope I’m remembering correctly, I’m pretty tired today)

Do you see any dogs? I’m not looking for any type of professional advice, just wondering if you do see them if you have any patients who feed like I do and if you see any overt differences between those and dogs fed on kibble.

  5. We’re thinking of buying furniture. We need a new couch, a new bed and a new dresser. Plus a stereo system. And some shoes.

We moved the computer to another room today. I feel like I’m on vacation at someone else’s house writing this.

  6. We should all choose our words with care. That I agree with completely.

We cannot take them back once spoken.

But all of us do not come from the same place in saying them.

And we all do not come from the same place in hearing and interpreting them.

Being a speaking deaf person has taught me that.

Most people see the world only from their own, and often, narrow perspective,

without realising that other, just as valid worlds exist.

Interpreting intent is far more important than interpreting words.

    *raises eyebrows*

You mean my boy Hugh? This was a promo picture for his Australian movie Paperback Hero (can be seen on US cable tv channel WE occasionally).
