It was a good vacation. It was a necessary vacation. Maybe I’ll get around to getting a few shots posted to the diary. I got some great close ups, including some of a very cooperative scorpion, a rather ugly looking tarantula, and a baby sidewinder that coiled himself up into a little disc the size of a half dollar.
I’ve reactivated my notifies … I learned after my last vacation that I’d better turn them off or I’d fill my in bin in a matter of days. I’ll do my best to catch up this week. We’ll see how far I get.
Liver’s good, neck could be better, one of the cats got diarrhea while I was gone and I can’t figure out which of the three is the victim, and the sunflowers peaked in my absense and are now busy ripening a shitload of seed. I think I’ll leave the heads uncovered for the birds to feast on. The cats will enjoy watching through the kitchen window.
More to say, but no time to say it. Perhaps later.
Sal 😀 good to see ya back, we were all wondering where you were x, hope to see ya soon in the forums.
Glad you’re back dear lady but if you don’t rectify your notify to include a link, I will drive all the way to the state of your residence and pee on your sunflowers.
Glad you are back safe and sound.
Sounds like your neck might be a tad bit better?
Welcome back! Can’t wait to see your pics.
Glad you are back safe and sound. Dying to see the pictures of the desert life.
BTW, Fodda has been worried about you.
I’ve been going through some serious Salamander withdrawals, believe me not.
Glad you’re back & everything. Smiles.
I too am yearning for a break away from this drudgery called "work", even though my lot is better than most, I think 😉
