I see a little housecleaning is in order.
I’m discovering all kinds of new buttons in the Customizer that didn’t used to be there. I think I’ve got the doors unlocked now.

… the tough pay bills, clean kitchen to aseptic operating room standards, purge the refrigerator, file, and wait on-hold with the hospital for 75 minutes. I’d say that was about my life in a nutshell today. Emphasis on the word “nut”. And no, I finally gave up and never did end up talking to anyone…
I finally got to sleep around 8:00 this morning. I woke up around 11:30. That means I got perhaps five hours sleep tonight. I hope I sleep well and early tonight, because I have to get up early tomorrow to run errands before I can leave for my weekend get-away. Got a call from the…
It’s 5:00. The moon is gibbous. I have no clue if its waxing or waning. The cats are scattered throughout the apartment, curled up in their respective favorite nooks. This means, of course, that the kitten is napping on the fresh laundry. There are dishes in the sink. I couldn’t be bothered. The alarm clock…
If I’m playing Tongo, then this weekend is my turn to evade. I’m in no position to acquire. I’m not about to confront. And it’s dishonerable to retreat. Or was that from “Legend of the Rangers”? I’m getting my scifi mixed up. I have been reading. Random stuff, a lot of it. Things that I…
The Prof has started his sabbatical and is beginning to take classes at Big-Self-Important-Ivy-League University. HeΓ’ΒΒll also be taking some classes at Smaller-Less-Important-But-Still-Snooty Big City University in another week, when their semester begins. Between his preparations to re-enter the world of higher education from the other side of the mirror and his recent travelling, it…
Cold Hands, Warm Heart Well, that was going to be the name of today’s entry. Two things got in the way of my being able to use such a clever little title. The temperature is supposed to go up to 80 degrees Fahrenheit, setting a new local record for this date. And maintenance has apparently…
Wow. Welcome back! And congrats on losing the 50lbs!
Yay! Dr Sal is back!
I am glad I missed you alot.
Jami
It looks like the rust has been removed and everything is in working order. Welcome back!
Tech Man says he’s going to look up "proximal". At least he has the motivation. I am way too lazy and am willing just to get by on context.
Welcome back π I look forward to reading your entries, Richard
Well, weclcome back on whatever basis you choose to share on. I’m down with that. Sorry to hear about your kitty.
I think the four cat rule is a good one. π
I cat sit for my neighbor who has four and it seems like a good number to stop at! Turf wars are always in a low level mode over there!
I’ll STAY on the friends list if that is okay with you. π
Yay! You’re back! And I’m able to access your diary now! Woo hoo!
(Four exclamation points, and I haven’t even had any caffeine today. Yikes.)
Yea, Yea, Yea, YOU ARE BACK!!!! You have no idea how much I have missed this diary and seeing your familiar diary layout put a big smile on my face. You are right, time is a limited resource. This seems to be the best place for me to keep an online diary having tried another side and myspace. It is too much work. Maybe I will check out the customizer again, it slowed things down for me when it loaded up, but that was in the days of dialup.
Sorry to hear about Clueless Wonder, but it sounds like everything else is on track.
Welcome Home, Sal!!
Welcome back. I’m not sure I have too many intentions of returning, seeing as one blog is enough to keep up, but I will try to update my secondary blog in a few days.
Oh, it brightened my morning when I saw a notification from you! Welcome home, dear Sal.
Welcome back, I have missed reading about your happenings. Sorry to hear about Clueless Wonder, I have been down that road a couple of times and will probably have to again, I still have my two little girls but as it happens I am still young enough I may outive them.
Hey, darlin’! I’m very glad to see you back because you left a salamander-sized hole in my heart when you departed π
Thank you so much for your comment, Sal. It makes me more confident that the right thing to do is set up the appointment and get that thing taken off his paw and looked at. I wish more doctors had your talent for verbal communication. You’re a true friend.
Well, Shit… There you are!!! Welcome back, SAL!! It is funny that I was thinking about and still remembered your major surgery. I was wondering how you are!… Welcome back, Girl!
Hugs, LS~~~* aka AO ;o)
Welcome back!
