We went down to center city to meet the Socialist’s aunt and uncle for dinner. We ended up eating at a nearby Chinese restaurant on the edge of Chinatown. I did this with some trepidations, since Chinese meals tend to be loaded with sodium, but I figured I could order steamed vegetables on white rice….
