I’ve been meaning to update, but … well … it just hasn’t happened. It ain’t happening today either.
Here’s a non-update.

This breaks the mind-numbing oppressiveness of my entries so far today. Why know what you can look up? And why look up what you can extract from the minds of your enemies? There are those who think and those who act. I am the latter. I am a problem solver. I have a gift for…
I’m still experiencing some lingering disappointment that I have to wait until Monday to get my paracentesis. I slept better last night than previously, but I still didn’t get a good night’s sleep. I think I’m finally just succumbing to exhaustion. I stayed up a little longer than I intended, after finding out that “Enterprise”…
So the garage door is fixed. New garage door opener, new springs, new cables, new pully-thingies, new safety sensors at the prescribed legal height (apparently our last ones were too high), new gizmos to remote operate the door, new gadget with a bunch of push-buttons to non-remote open the door … I think we’re set….
I’m off-center this morning. I’ve been this way since writing class last night. The class is not what I expected. It’s not what I wanted. I have to decide if it’s what I need, though. It was billed as “writing that first novel”. And, whatever else I might say, it is that. The class is…

A representative from National Geographic called to ask if they could film Temple Grandin when she visited our company this coming Monday. They are doing a special on autism, and are profiling her as an example of a successful autistic…
As usual, nothing is straight-forward. My stand-in doctor decided that I should be hospitalized, so I got to go straight to Admissions from his office (Do not pass “Go”, do not collect $200.). A chest x-ray, a tummy-tap (four liters this time, accumulated in two weeks), four boluses of antibiotic, and eight respiratory treatments with…
Trying to imagine Fiona putting up with that.
FAIL.
😉
You failed to post a disclaimer about the bodily injury that would result if this was tried with the other 99.999999999999% of the feline population.
I want to know what drugs that cat was given before it submitted to that. 🙂
Ohhhh! I wants one for Cwistmas!
that was great!
The video was just awesome and cute. What a cat! Not at all temperamental at all. Must be used to being played with like that without too much problems! I have a cat that tolerates just as much done to him as the cat in the video you share with us all on DD.
