KfH Fan Club Alert!

I made the mistake of leaving the Clueless Wonder’s food down on the floor when I left the apartment this morning. He won’t eat it, but Kitten from Hell will. Which means that KfH is going to be one very happy hellion this morning.

Meanwhile, CW is going to be one very hungry cat if he doesn’t soon realize that this Hunger Protest of his isn’t going to get him a different brand of food. The Obeast still needs to lose two more pounds before I shift him off of diet kibbles and back onto regular food. That is, if I decide to ever return him to regular food. With his heart condition, I’d like to keep him a bit on the lean side. While CW might be down from his high of 19+ pounds, he is anything but lean at his current 14 pounds.

The Professor was playing with KfH last night. He’d gotten an orange yardstick out of the closet to rescue KfH’s mice that have been lost underneath the hutch, but Kitten decided that the yardstick was far more fun than the mice were. If Daffy Duck ever decides to put together a basketball dream team, I think I have a player for him who knows what jump shots are all about:

Clueless has become KfH’s favorite punching bag. KfH is getting big enough to play rough, but is still too young to understand that she’s supposed to be pulling her punches. She respects the Warrior Princess, who has bashed her good and proper a few times now, but she fails to hold the same respect for poor CW. Here she’s got Clueless by the head, and is bunnykicking his forehead with her hind legs. CW is at a distinct disadvantage because he has no front claws. CW has started making some amazing sounds whenever the little twerp approaches him now; I never knew he was capable of the wide repertoire of growls, hisses and yowls that he now uses on a regular basis. I’m really hoping that he loses it and gives the Kitten a trouncing (he may not have front claws, but there is nothing wrong with his back claws, and he still weights twice as much as she does). KfH needs to start learning some manners.
