Hey Slipper!
It sure does end “/Legend”. I just messed up the slash when I inserted the space. Thanks for catching that. I fixed it in the code sample.

Aunt Artist and Uncle Oregon evidentally had The Flight(s) from Hell on their eastward journey. I didn’t quite follow all of it, but it seems there were two unexpected/extended stop-overs on the way. They only just got in shortly before nine, and aren’t sure they’re going to be up to seeing us. I told them…
Didn’t go to the gym last night. I simply couldn’t face it. I’ve been feeling totally washed out recently, and by the time I’d made dinner, served it, and then washed up I didn’t feel like doing squat. In fact, I felt just a tad naseous. I decided to download my email, read a bit,…
I’ve spent the morning working up a good head of depression. I don’t know yet if there’s anything to be bummed out about, but I figure I might as well beat the rush and sulk early, just in case it’s necessary. My work announced last week that we’re working Saturdays in December. The schedule they’ve…
I spent some time in the cirrhosis chatroom last night, speaking with people who have had liver transplants or are the support person for someone waiting for a liver transplant. For the bulk of the time I was the only one there who was actually on a transplant waiting list. Much of the conversation revolved…
Actually, a whole bunch of stitches. I haven’t actually steeled myself to count them yet. The hernia repair incision ended up being a wee bit bigger than I anticipated, and my recovery from anesthesia a wee bit rougher. The did let me go from the hospital Friday night, but I spent all of Saturday moping…
Actually, our cats did. Left, my two, Right, the Prof’s two. Don’t tell them. I don’t think cats have a sense of humor about this sort of thing.
Hi,
Thanks for the tip on the "view source", that should come in quite handy as I am an HTML idiot. For my birthday, I hope someone buys me ‘HTML For Dummies’, lol.
I can imagine that your days DO creep along. While I have never had surgery on such a grand scale as you, recouperation has just got to be the most boring thing on earth. You can only watch so much daytime TV (shudders)and read so many magazines before utter maddness sets in and you start contemplating ways to torture the houseplants for fun…….
Take Care,
Bobbi
While I am not recouping from major surgery, I can feel your boredom. I am so sick of meaningly days. I can hardly wait until Monday when I begin my field and have busy productive time again.
TV and books can only go so far.
Here’s to hoping the darn incision quits giving you grief soon!
It is a doublesome pain when you are not well and bored at the same time. Try to pick up a new hobby or ANYTHING to do, to keep your mind occupied while your body is healing.
I hope that your days of the future get BETTER for you.
Honey
i’m so glad to read you again! sorry about the pain and boredom, but they mean you’re still here.
hey, does that LEGEND end? /LEGEND?
