I had gone to Canon’s site before, but when a search using the error message that ZoomBrowserEX gave me failed to turn anything up, I abandoned all hope. Tonight, fueled by your suggestion, I returned to their stupid site and looked through all the known problems connected with my camera’s software. I turned up a problem with the same files, but a different error message. I figured I had nothing to lose, so I followed the instructions for that particular problem. Lo! It also fixed my problem! I’m so happy I can’t stand it.
I’m going to have an illustrated diary again! Life is good!
Next time you and Tex visit, the lobster is on me. Unless, of course, you’d prefer barbecued pig’s feet. (grin)
