Today was my annual transplant check up at Big City Hospital. I walked the distance between the train station and the hospital, perhaps a dozen city blocks. I hit the library last night. And found out that they’re closed until the eleventh of this month. The sign on the door said they’re putting bar codes on all the books. So I did the next best thing – I went to Borders Books. I had every intention of grabbing something off the best…
I can’t get my scanner to work. For some reason, my computer refuses to acknowlege my scanner’s presence. I haven’t used my scanner since I got my new computer desk and rearranged everything, so I’m hoping I just hooked the scanner up to the tower incorrectly. I’ll have a go at checking things out tonight….
I’m pleased and surprised that comments are back. I was afraid this was going to take a far longer amount of time than it did. DD admins must have bust a gut getting a fix out there. It’ll be nice to exchange communiqués again. I’ll leave a link to my board up for general discussion…
It has been a trying day in the office. I swear that both The Mouth and Minion are on time-release formulas. Just when their effects begin to wear off they suddenly release a whole new dose of themselves. For anyone who thinks badly of me, this entry should pretty much ice their cake for them….
Aunt Artist and Uncle Oregon evidentally had The Flight(s) from Hell on their eastward journey. I didn’t quite follow all of it, but it seems there were two unexpected/extended stop-overs on the way.
