Warrior Princess’ eye looks worse today. That may not mean much, but she’s not eating, hardly drinking, and looking for the darkest spots in the room to hide in. It might still be post-surgical stress and depression, but last night she was at least accepting tuna juice; today she walks away from it and any other food that I try to interest her in. This, even though she’s on mirtazapine, which has always worked well as an appetite enhancer before with her.
These were waiting for me on the dining room table when I got home from work today. The Prof might try to act like a big tough guy, but he’s a new age, sensitive sort of softy at heart. Note the Warrior Princess glaring in the background. Also, a picture of CW-in-the-box from this morning:
