I can’t take it in. I watched the second tower get hit on television. I watched the first tower collapse, and then the second, knowing that I was watching the deaths of thousands. I’m crying for strangers, and for two friends who may well have been in the World Trade Center (one most assuredly was).
Well, the perkiness has worn off. The nausea hit last night and won’t let up. I suspect the diuretic is playing havok with my electrolytes at the moment, which would cause this queasiness I’m currently enduring. I’ve been thinking about you all morning, since hearing about the plane that crashed in PA. Now to hear that you knew at least one person who could have been in the World Trade Center… oh God, I hope they are okay… This is just awful. I’m glad you’re okay and hopefully your friend is too.
My sympathies are with you n your friend’s family. I cannot even begin to understand your pain but here is a hugg if you want it.
