I have a lot of money?

Why do I do this to myself?

Money

This quiz says absolutely nothing about your personality. Take it!

Things are slowly returning to Eastern Standard Time for me. The cats aren’t quite back to normal yet, but then anybody who has read my journal for more than three entries knows that the cats have never been “normal” anyhow. Right now the Warrior Princess is sitting at my feet, growling almost inaudibly at the KfH, who has elected to lay down about three feet away from her. Static hostility. At least it’s easier to clean up after than active hostilities.

I still haven’t heard from The Professor since I returned home. He left a small sign of his existence out in cyberspace – the Christmas decorations that he’d adorned our forum with have been removed, and the original graphics replaced. He left no post on the forum, nor any e-mail for me though. I’m assuming his on-line time was limited. I do wish he’d at least call me though. I’d like confirmation that all is well on his side of the world.

I spent last night downloading pictures off of my digital camera and trying to get them a little organized. I’m pleased at how well some of them came out, and dismayed at how many I took. With luck there will be some in my vacation entries, as I get those updated.

I still haven’t unpacked most of my bag, nor gone through any mail but the most important looking. Somehow, doing that is actually admitting the vacation is over and I’m just not ready to go there yet. Fortunately this is a short week and I’ll have the weekend to delude myself for just a couple more days.

Tomorrow is the (I hope final) dental appointment where we find out exactly how bad my teeth are. The tech who worked on me last time commented on how good my gums looked after the first cleaning session, and said that the radiographs indicated I’d had absolutely no bone loss. So now it’s just a matter of seeing how well the gums have reattached to my teeth. I’m just as silly-nervous about going tomorrow as I was the first two times. I get a feeling that this stupid phobia (or whatever it is) won’t vanish with exposure, and I’m just going to have to grit my teeth and bear it (pardon the pun).
