Once I get out of work (which should be imminently) I get to pick up KfH from the vet’s! She’s going to require close watch and easy to digest food for a few days, but she’s doing great. I wonder if I can find strained turkey babyfood anywhere for her Thanksgiving dinner….

That’s how I kind of thought about the time travelling: as an escape from the horrors of the war. *Shrugs*
