Moonridden: Thanks for letting me know.

I knew that I’ve been a little graphics intense recently, but I’ve been blissfully unaware it was giving dial-uppers conniptions. I’ve been intending to figure out how to use thumbnails, and it looks like I’ll be doing that before my next entry. If I can, I’ll go back and replace some of the more graphics heavy entries pictures with thumbnails as well. I appreciate you letting me know.

In other news, I’m scheduled for my next hearing test in two weeks. The Professor has pointed out that I’m missing more and more of what he’s saying; this unfortunately supports what I’ve suspected for a few months. The tinnitis is definitely worse in the left ear, and for the first time I hear it in the right ear as well, if I pay attention. I’m pretty sure I’ve slipped in my mid-range from last year as well, though I’ll need the test to confirm that.

Just another little legacy from the heart condition. Should anybody out there be curious, Lasix can be ototoxic. So are a bunch of the other drugs I got, but that’s the one all the doctors point their fingers at when they hear my history.

There are days I’m convinced the cure was worse than the disease.

  2. That’s horrible, the Twitter Twins. "Hey honey, we have nothing better to do tonight so let’s go and show off our Latin skills in the beginners’ class."

*Nods* Yep. It’s always gonna be alright, eventually.

  3. I’m glad you went to Latin, and I’m glad you’ve updated! Your last entry has been the bane of my machine these days past. I was never able to get it to load until today, and then when I tried to read your comments it laughed at me. Pity the fools with dial-in. We do suffer so. :/

  5. I always hate the dreams where it seems you have woken and gotten to work, then things go wrong waking you up, but you are still asleep and still dreaming.

That and the one where you are in school taking a test and realize you are naked.
