And my 14,000th visitor is …
… some guy who did a Google search on turtle tanks.

I get the impression that Mr. Squirrel pays far more regular visits to the balcony than I was aware of. The cats seem to have Mr. Squirrel’s routine down cold though, even though I don’t. It was the Professor who noted yesterday that Mr. Squirrel must be paying a repeat visit, because the ACfH was…
Still avoiding the forum that was getting me so bent out of shape. Found another place to post, where some of the people from the old forum visit once in a while. Nothing there to trigger my anger, nothing to trigger tears, nothing to turn me into an ogre, unfit to be company to anyone….
This little bugger proved harder to photograph than the the Kitten from Hell in warp drive. My camera wouldn’t focus, or there was glare from the flash or the silver and gold contrast didn’t show up … *sigh* Anyhow, this is the best I was able to do with the ring I bought this summer…
I was a good girl Saturday. I hung around an extra hour, making sure that everything was OK at work before I went home and went to bed. No one called me, so I went home feeling like everything had been resolved. Everything was not resolved. A second, related problem reared its ugly head. I’m…
Armed with pain meds (dulling both my nerves and my brain) I decided it was safe to go back into the water. Put less prosaically, I was way over-due for a shower. I’ve been doing my best at the sink, but it just isn’t the same thing. While painful, the experience of lukewarm water on…
is still most assuredly a kitten. This was taken two weekends ago, when the Professor had just brought home his new Cuisinart. The cats were rough-housing in the debris of boxes and packing while he read the manual and tried to fit the parts together. KfH has definitely grown. A lot. But she’s still under…
i’m ready for spring too!
Ah, hearing tests. I always like to mess with the administrators of these tests by asking them to repeat what they said and to speak up. By the time I’m done with my test, they are usually quite sick of the word "Pardon?"
Remind me to tell you about eating beets and asparagus the night before having a UA!

Awww, darn it, I had my eye on #14,000 but I fell asleep on the couch.
Glad you connected with others in the chatroom—what great way to hear about other people’s experiences and know you are not alone.
I am craving some days that involve dryness. All my spring bulbs are up but it is too rainy to admire them.
Can I be the unofficial 14000th visitor?
lololol@turtle tanks! has the turtle made a resurgence as a common household pet? i haven’t checked out the animals at the petstores aside from the feeder rodents.
you are not alone in your spring cravings, indeed. so glad you found such a supportive list!
Just popping in to do some quick catching up and to see how you were doing – Hope you have a most wonderful weekend! 🙂
Hugs,
Lauren
