Thanks a bunch, Slipperperson!

Which Brady Bunch kid are you most like?
I think I’m beginning to get disgusted with myself.

“Never a lip is curved with pain That can’t be kissed into smiles again.”—Bret Harte “Bullshit. Kiss this!”—Salamander I thought Bret Harte was supposed to have hung out with Mark Twain. If so, none of that wonderful acerbic wit rubbed off. I got to see my physical therapist this morning. Let’s call him Adonis. Just…
I downloaded the pictures from my digital camera to my computer last night, and picked a few for KfH’s fan club. The orientation of this first picture is absolutely correct – it’s the cat that is cockeyed. She’s discovered the part of my computer desk where the tower is supposed to go. I don’t keep…
My days are sometimes a blur. I arrived home around 7:30 last night, and was in bed by 9:30. Work saps so much out of me right now. I’m hoping it will be better after the paracentesis. Still waiting for the doctor’s office to call me back on that one. Last night The Socialist opened…
It’s ten o’clock, and I’ve only been home from the vet’s for a few minutes. Clueless is holding his own, but in spite of me grossly overfeeding him he’s failed to gain any weight. It’s concerning, but at least any overt signs of illness have pretty much been banished for the present. I hadn’t intended…

When I brough Kitten from Hell home from the vet last weekend, the first thing I did was offer her some food. It would have been over a full day since she’d had anything to eat, and I figured she might be a tad hungry. She ran to her bowl, but didn’t eat anything. Her…
Thanks for the warning label!
Edward Gorey…i LOVE that. A high school english teacher had posters up all over her room. She was the sponsor for our literary magazine and we used to taunt her by writing "prostate" on her blackboard. For some reason she thought it was a horrible and gross word.
i miss her.
i apologize for being self-absorbed…i sincerely hope you feel better.

Hope everything goes okay when you see the doctor.

Make him watch Castaway. That’ll teach him.
LMAO @ THE THIRD MAN!
I’m sorry… But… when we’re watching Billy Elliott with school at the cinema, they showed a preview on The Third Man and it was hilarious… ‘Cause there was all these music and every 5 seconds the commerical said "The Third Man". *Giggles*
Uhm I’m a bit tired -_-

cur
hahaaha! loved your entry!
take care salamandar,

Glad the dentist wasn’t bad. Hope the lump turns out similarly. Meanwhile, the garlic steak might have contributed to the festivities. I was just reading an issue of Redbook yesterday that recommends garlic for, er, encouraging that sort of thing. They also said that women should wear pumpkin and lavendar to, um, further encourage that sort of thing. Apparently it increases male blood flow to a certain location by 44%. :O
I’m trying to get caught up on all your entries! I hope you get through to the Dr soon as that lump doesn’t sound good. Take care and hope you feel better soon.
So not only is garlic good for the immune system and keeping vampires away, but now we learn it’s an aphrodesiac too?! Thanks Moonridden! (It’s also great at fighting colds). Garlic for everyone!
