Thanks a bunch, Slipperperson!

Which Brady Bunch kid are you most like?
I think I’m beginning to get disgusted with myself.
I think I’m beginning to get disgusted with myself.
This morning was normal, unlike the past month of mornings. I arose, walked out of the bedroom into the hallway, and found not two but three cats awaiting breakfast. Clueless hasn’t begged for a meal since sometime back in September. I went downstairs, put hay in the mangers, and then sat to babysit Clueless while…
My company has a very active safety office. My work environment is quite dangerous, and we do everything we can to keep accidents to a minimum. To keep everyone’s safety awareness at maximum, a “Picture of the Week” is hung in the main lobby. The pictures usually come from the Navy’s Safety Center web site….
For those who inquired, I found a nice little web page that tells a bit about ornamental gourds. The American Gourd Society, which I didn’t even know existed until I went looking for specific gourd information, has more information than I ever knew to ask anyhow. For those who simply want to cut tot he…
I ripped this off of Thubten’s diary this morning. She got it from fairywishes diary, which I confess to not having read. A variant has been around before, and I strongly suspect I’ve answered it before. If you’re bored, you may wish to go back through my diary, find the old quiz, and then point…
Don’t mistake desperation for “courage”. (wry grin) I’m not sure what it says about a person when they form better relationships using electrons than they do using traditional means of communication. Sometimes it is far easier to reach out to a stranger than to a proven friend, though. I don’t know where things stand with…
*sigh* So this is what it comes to. I got the part-time CPhT job at Big Chain Pharmacy. The pharmacist who hired me had basically decided he was hiring me before he even saw me. He asked me no personal questions and gave me little more than a quick run-down of the job description. If…
Thanks for the warning label!
Edward Gorey…i LOVE that. A high school english teacher had posters up all over her room. She was the sponsor for our literary magazine and we used to taunt her by writing "prostate" on her blackboard. For some reason she thought it was a horrible and gross word.
i miss her.
i apologize for being self-absorbed…i sincerely hope you feel better.
; )

Make him watch Castaway. That’ll teach him.
LMAO @ THE THIRD MAN!
I’m sorry… But… when we’re watching Billy Elliott with school at the cinema, they showed a preview on The Third Man and it was hilarious… ‘Cause there was all these music and every 5 seconds the commerical said "The Third Man". *Giggles*

take care salamandar,

Glad the dentist wasn’t bad. Hope the lump turns out similarly. Meanwhile, the garlic steak might have contributed to the festivities. I was just reading an issue of Redbook yesterday that recommends garlic for, er, encouraging that sort of thing. They also said that women should wear pumpkin and lavendar to, um, further encourage that sort of thing. Apparently it increases male blood flow to a certain location by 44%. :O
I’m trying to get caught up on all your entries! I hope you get through to the Dr soon as that lump doesn’t sound good. Take care and hope you feel better soon.
So not only is garlic good for the immune system and keeping vampires away, but now we learn it’s an aphrodesiac too?! Thanks Moonridden! (It’s also great at fighting colds). Garlic for everyone!
