Crap!
Plans to reap what I sowed failed to come to fruition. Turns out the harvest had some weevils in it. Looks like you’ll all just have to wait in suspense a bit longer.
As for me, I’m sitting on pins and needles.

I couldn’t wait รขยย I put in for another job online today, even though that means I’ll have to scout around a little more for job postings next week. This position would include veterinary compounding, which really interests me for obvious reasons. Meanwhile, this is the first entirely free day I’ve had in a long…
Saw Fellowship of the Ring again Saturday (fifth time). It amazes me how a three hour movie can go by so quickly, when I have been known to get terminally restless during certain two hour movies. (I don’t care how good The Prof claims it is, I will never sit through Army of the Dead…
Bear with me – I don’t know how much you understand about all this, so I’m probably going to start at a level far too basic. Feel free to skim until you hit the stuff you wanted. Internet Providers and Internet Provider Numbers (IP#’s) In order to get onto the net, most people pay money…
Spent more time in the dentist’s chair than expected, only to discover that things had blown up at work while I was out. I’ve mostly gotten that resolved, but it has been an incredibly rough afternoon, and it looks like I’m going to have to give one guy a royal chewing out. Since he technically…
We who choose to surround ourselves with lives even more temporary than our own, live within a fragile circle; easily and often breached. Unable to accept its awful gaps, we would still live no other way. We cherish memory as the only certain immortality, never fully understanding the necessary plan….— Irving Townsend —“The Once Again…
Coughing, vomitting, temp=102.1. I think I’ve pulled every muscle in my abdomen that I possess. Going back to bed now.
I bought a deLint book, by the way. I haven’t read it yet (finished the Huff series and then indulging in Nevada Barr’s latest paperbook), but I aim to next. I’ll let you know which one it was when I’m done. For a lit master, I’m surprisingly good at forgetting titles….
A cliffhanger,,,
I like the image, too. ๐ For me it evokes the idea that present concerns can seem so much larger than they are. When we’re using it, a flashlight can seem more clear and luminous than the moon, but it really isn’t–nothing like comparing the two to bring that home.
Thanks for posting it.
i like the song!
What’s that? You have a rash?
You rash and impulsive??
Doesnt seem like you, so I wait in suspense.

What an awesome poem. The title reminds me of when I was a kid, camping out with a friend in the back yard and shining our flashlights up at the moon.
I’m going to go bask in those memories now.

I am going to go insane until I know what you are reaping.
