Crap!
Plans to reap what I sowed failed to come to fruition. Turns out the harvest had some weevils in it. Looks like you’ll all just have to wait in suspense a bit longer.
As for me, I’m sitting on pins and needles.

I just checked in with my site meter, and nearly half my hits from today have been from various “Aspirus” searches. My diary floats to the top of the list of most of these searches now. I’m starting to think I’m tampering with powers far beyond my ability to control.
Yesterday’s entry regarding vet school was a “wonderful story”? I tend to think of it as pretty pathetic. I sold out for something I didn’t really want to do because of pressure, pride and miscalculation. So what if my Ex insisted he knew me better than I knew myself? Why the hell did I capitulate…
I feel the need to justify some actions I took last night. Which leaves me in a quandary, because I have a reader who is directly involved in the actions I took. By putting this in my Diary, others who know this person might be able to identify him. Is that a breech of confidence?…
I continue to feel overwhelmed. The little Prius isn’t helping. The check engine light came on today on the way to work. As a result I need to figure out a juggling routine that allows me to get my car looked at (state inspection and an oil change are due anyhow) and still allows me…

Add the egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the…
I hope the seats in the movie theater are *real* comfortable! That’s a long time to be watching a movie. Hopefully my bladder is up to the challenge. I think perhaps I won’t be buying the large Pepsi to go with my popcorn after all. The reviews for “Return of the King” have all been…
I bought a deLint book, by the way. I haven’t read it yet (finished the Huff series and then indulging in Nevada Barr’s latest paperbook), but I aim to next. I’ll let you know which one it was when I’m done. For a lit master, I’m surprisingly good at forgetting titles….
A cliffhanger,,,
I like the image, too. 🙂 For me it evokes the idea that present concerns can seem so much larger than they are. When we’re using it, a flashlight can seem more clear and luminous than the moon, but it really isn’t–nothing like comparing the two to bring that home.
Thanks for posting it.
i like the song!
What’s that? You have a rash?
You rash and impulsive??
Doesnt seem like you, so I wait in suspense.
🙂

What an awesome poem. The title reminds me of when I was a kid, camping out with a friend in the back yard and shining our flashlights up at the moon.
I’m going to go bask in those memories now.

Whaaaaaaaaa
I am going to go insane until I know what you are reaping.
