Crap!
Plans to reap what I sowed failed to come to fruition. Turns out the harvest had some weevils in it. Looks like you’ll all just have to wait in suspense a bit longer.
As for me, I’m sitting on pins and needles.

Ziltoid molted last night. I found a great little reference on the web about How to Identify Monarch Caterpillar Instars that leads me to believe that Ziltie is now a fourth instar, which means he’ll do one more molt into a bigger caterpillar before he becomes a chrysalis. I wanted to take a picture of…
Although all cat games have their rules and rituals, these vary with the individual player. The cat, of course, never breaks a rule. If it does not follow precedent, that simply means it has created a new rule and it is up to you to learn it quickly if you want the game to continue….
*Ding dong ding dong, Christmas bells are ringing!” Well, bells can ring, but I’m closer to wringing. What I’ll be wringing will be entirely dependent upon what is stupid enough to come close enough for me to get my hands around it. There. I got up and shut the damned thing off mid-“lovely chorus or…
Others see you as fresh, lively, charming, amazing, practical, and always interesting. someone who is constantly the center of attention, but sufficiently well-balanced not to let it go to their head. They also see you as kind, considerate, and understanding, someone who’ll always cheer them up and help them out.
âCats are smarter than dogs. You can’t get eight cats to pull a sled through snow.â – Jeff Valdez I couldn’t sleep last night. I’ve had problems with insomnia for a few weeks now, but it didn’t bother me last night. I made a fire, cooked a batch of cardamom cookies, and watched the snow…
I bought a deLint book, by the way. I haven’t read it yet (finished the Huff series and then indulging in Nevada Barr’s latest paperbook), but I aim to next. I’ll let you know which one it was when I’m done. For a lit master, I’m surprisingly good at forgetting titles….
A cliffhanger,,,
I like the image, too. 🙂 For me it evokes the idea that present concerns can seem so much larger than they are. When we’re using it, a flashlight can seem more clear and luminous than the moon, but it really isn’t–nothing like comparing the two to bring that home.
Thanks for posting it.
i like the song!
What’s that? You have a rash?
You rash and impulsive??
Doesnt seem like you, so I wait in suspense.

What an awesome poem. The title reminds me of when I was a kid, camping out with a friend in the back yard and shining our flashlights up at the moon.
I’m going to go bask in those memories now.

Whaaaaaaaaa
I am going to go insane until I know what you are reaping.
