Crap.
I get to add one more condition to my personal list of “been there, done that”. My A1C came back as clearly diabetic.
This isn’t funny anymore.

My MELD score didn’t change. All this nausea, bathroom running, insomniac grief, and my MELD score didn’t change. I need to go out and hurt something.
My transplant coordinator called this morning, said she’d gotten through to the cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (which I am here-ever-after calling CTCL because writing it out is too damned much work) expert and that I should expect a call from him today. Sure enough, at 6:30 this evening he called. He said he’d gotten all kinds…
No, the heater in my office is still not working. The temperature when I walked in this morning was 31°F(-1°C). We’re up to 48°F (9°C) right now, thanks to Mr. Sun, but there’s no sign of getting any artificial assistance to the all-natural BTU’s we’re getting at the moment. I have a space heater sitting…

Crap is right. Ugh!

I’ve been living with it for 13 years now. But I’m lucky. I can eat whatever I want and still have an A1C under six. Hopefully some Metformin will straighten you out and you won’t have to mess around with insulin.
((((hugs))))
Well, sh*tinskis! I, too, will remain hopeful pills will do the trick. It seems to work for Mom.
