Snowday: An Update In Pictures
Itâs been a stressful few weeks here in Lake Woebegone. Iâve finally been semi-officially let in on the problem from three weeks ago at work, mostly because the situation was exacerbated by an incident that happened at work two weeks ago. While the incident has been resolved to everyoneâs satisfaction, the problem remains like the…
Sound is mandatory. Not offensive, but don’t play at work (especially if you work in the education field). The related paper is here.
Thursday I discovered a BIG mistake at The Pharmacy while doing an audit of the scripts waiting to be picked up. It is a mistake I made once in the first few weeks of my employement, and one that I thought I’d been taking particular care in avoiding making again. Of course, finding the error…
When I went to bed at two this morning, it was snowing. When I got up this morning, it was still snowing. The results of ten additional hours of snowfall were obvious. The Socialist spent two hours last night after I retired starting the dig-out process. I’m sure it made a difference, but the wind…
Ran to the post office today and got two little boxes to mail little things in. Ran home, packed said little things, used way too much tape shutting little things into little boxes, and ran back out to the post office. About five feet from the garage door on my second trip to the post…

Definitely a snow day for you. Love your kitty! What’s its name? A boy or a girl? I have a male cat named Bing Crosby. We have some snow here in Wisconsin today.

ehh.. being a smarty pants?
I can’t help it.
But on the other hand, we won’t see a drop of rain and our brains will be frying all summer long, so it’s a trade off.
What I wouldn’t give for a nice thunderstorm once a month in the summer…. sigh….
But I get flowers in February.
